Stressing persistent involvement of Kashmiris in the dialogue process, AJK former Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum has said the core Kashmir issue cannot be resolved by excluding the Kashmiris.
Talking to private TV channel, he said the best and viable solution to the Jammu and Kashmir dispute was to resolve the issue through mutual understanding of all the concerned parties including the Kashmiris.
"The Kashmir issue cannot be resolved by excluding the Kashmiris" he added.
Kashmir issue was much complicated and now it could be resolved through mutual understanding of two countries with the inclusion of Kashmiris.
India and Pakistan are main parties to the issue and the complicated issue must be resolved peacefully through composite dialogue.
