The vice chancellor University of Sindh, Mazharul Haq Siddiqui, on Monday visited the Faculty of Arts to select suitable place for establishing radio and mini television by the department of Mass Communication of the university.
Head of the department of Mass Communication Agha Rafiq briefed the VC about setting up of the radio and mini-TV and progress of construction of new building of the department.
He said the on-going construction work of the building of Mass Communication department would be completed within two to three months.
The VC also inaugurated additional classrooms of the department of Public Management Sciences at the first floor of the Faculty of Arts.
He further paid visits to various departments, including Public Management Sciences, Economics and General History and witnessed teaching activities in the same.
