The Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA), while condemning the US aggression on Iraq, has called upon America to withdraw its armed forces from Iraq.
The bar, which met here with its president Mian Israrul Haq in the chair, observed that the US has violated all norms, rules and laws in Iraq.
Addressing the bar members, Haq said that the US forces committed atrocities and illegalities and violated the international laws. They maintained that UN and OIC are mere playing the role of silent spectators on this issue.
They urged the Muslims to forge unity on the issues of Iraq and Afghanistan and compel the US and its allied forces to withdraw their forces from there. The Bar memmbers also called upon the UN secretary-general to perform his due role.
