MARKET ANALYSIS: The national currency showed an upbeat trend against dollar in the kerb today. The US dollar started off the new day's trading at its overnight closing rate of Rs 60/20 and with a loss of 0/02 paisa changed hands at Rs 60/18 at close of markets on Saturday. Thus, the national currency ended the current on positive note in the open market.
