PROCEEDINGS AGAINST NAZIM: The LHC adjourned the proceedings in contempt of court against the district Nazim Mian Amer Mehmood and others, when the petitioner's counsel withdrew his power of attorney.

The petitioner had approached the court against district Nazim and others for violating the court orders. The court had granted him stay but the respondents in violation of court orders demolished his house and thus exposed themselves for contempt of court proceedings. District Nazim and SHO Garden Town also appeared before the court.
