A dress show was held at the Chenab Club here on Sunday night to mark the closing of the industrial exhibition Expo-2006. The Expo was organised by Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI) to introduce local products to international markets.
Governor Punjab Lieutenant General Khalid Maqbool (Retd), state minister Raza Hayat Haraj, Chairman Faisalabad Industrial Estate Development and Management Company, Mian Muhammad Latif and President FCCI Mian Muhammad Haneef also attended the function in addition to local elite. Ten models presented the dresses designed by renowned designers Junaid Khan and Amina Malik.
Waheed Ramey, Chairman organising committee of the Expo, disclosed that over 200,000 people had visited the 4-day exhibition.
