with the advent of Communication Technology the Telecommunication Sector is playing a crucial role in the development of the economics, therefore it is evident that Ministry of IT & Telecom has achieved the milestone in the development and promotion of Telecom industry in Pakistan. It is the results of the consistent and conducive economic and investment policies, which present Government is persuing and providing a level playing field to all investors to explore business opportunities in the fastest growing Pakistani telecom market. It is important to mention here that Government of Pakistan has not only developed very constructive policies in Telecom sector but also has provided many incentives to attract foreign and local investment in this sector which was evident from the previous year foreign and local participation in this business. The benefits of the deregulation policy of the government has reached to the very public level as telecom rates drastically reduced in few years and communication became much easier than ever before for millions of peoples using the latest technology at affordable price. We have no regrets for our official support as this idea got matured in a way it will leave a strong positive impact and create healthy competition between all the stakeholders.
