National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has conducted the written test for its employees in all major cities of the country to select candidates for the Talent Pool Scheme (TPS).
In pursuance to its stated policy of providing growth opportunities first to its own employees with demonstrated abilities. According to a press release issued here on Monday the employees with postgraduate qualifications have been considered for the Talent Pool.
This is being done with a view to create a motivating climate in the organisation through incentives, recognition and challenging assignments, thus helping to evolve a high performing culture in NBP.-PR
