Nishtar Park Inquiry Tribunal headed by Justice Rahmat Hussain Jafferi of High Court of Sindh (SHC) on Friday sought co-operation from media in respect of video footage of bomb blast which claimed 52 lives.
Tribunal witnessed a number of video recordings of different programmes and processions besides of main public meeting on 12th Rabiul-Awwal. The screening commenced Friday morning and ended in late afternoon.
The main video shot by ASI Iftekhar of PS Brigade unfortunately missed the blast scene and only sound was recorded as he fell down capturing sky and heads of people scampering to safety.
Justice Rahmat Hussain Jafferi inquired that whether video films were obtained from the television channels covering the event or not. The Registrar of the tribunal was asked to contact the channels and obtain video films.
