Badr hints at ratification of CoD by ARD parties

Central Secretary General of Pakistan Peoples Party Jehangir Badr has said the all the parties of ARD would ratify the Charter of Democracy (CoD) in its meeting on 2nd July in London. The heads of the ARD component parties would attend the meeting and will sign the Declaration.
Talking to the reporters here he said that Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) has also been in contact and there are chances that alliance of religious parties would also sign it.
Jehangir Badr said it is the need of the hour that all the democratic forces in the country should join hands to get rid of military dictatorship. He said that a grand consensus for the cause of democracy is essential.
