Pakistan will export medicines, including vaccine to cure victim of snakebite to Brunei, Federal Health Minister Nasir Khan said on Thursday. "We (Pakistan and Brunei) have in principal agreed to initiate pharmaceutical business, but further negotiations will take place before a final deal," Federal Health Minister Nasir Khan said on Thursday.
He was speaking at a news conference with his counterpart from Brunei, Sayoi Osman. Nasir said both countries had agreed to enhance co-operation in the field of pharmaceutical industry, human resources development, medical education and emergency medical plan. The health minister said Pakistan would also provide training to medical students from Brunei in the fields of cardiac surgery and nephrology.
