Three-day given to DPO for recovery of kidnapped person

A full bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan has allowed three days time to DPO Sialkot for recovery of one Bashir Khan and producing him before the court on July 10. The apex court had earlier adjourned the proceedings four times, but respondent DPO had failed to get recovered the abductee.
The wife of the abductee Maimoona had approached the court for the recovery of her husband. The father of abductee had got registered a FIR against the accused Ishtiaq and others. He contended that the police was providing protection to the accused instead of recovering his son.
