Vigilance groups

In several localities of Saddar, young men have organised their own vigilance groups for the protection of locals from any mobile snatchers. A couple of such youth, who wished not to be named, told this scribe that they have formed a vigilance group to protect their localities from mobile snatchers and provide relief to the residents of the area.
Meanwhile, various well-known food outlets in Saddar have also beefed security due to precarious law and order situation. The KESC power breakdowns have also aggravated the law and order situation in city and particularly in Saddar.
