An activist of Sunni Tehrik was targeted and gunned down on Monday morning at Shahra-e-Faisal road in Airport jurisdiction. He was identified as Dilshad Qadri son of Mohammed Haneef. Deceased said to be the driver of Sarwat Ejaz Qadri, leader of ST.
According to detail Dilshad Qadri was in his car, when unknown assassins intercepted him near Jinnah Garden and sprayed a volley of bullets at him after which they escaped. He was shifted to the hospital at 10am where declared dead. Report has been filed and further investigations are underway.
