The Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has decided to de-list Modaraba Al-Tijarah from the exchange from today, after approval of its amalgamation scheme into Modaraba Al-Mali.
According to a circular of the LSE, the certificate holders of Modaraba Al-Tijarah and Modaraba Al-Mali in their respective EOGMs held on April 06, 2006, approved the scheme of arrangements for the amalgamation of former into the latter.
The Sindh High court has also approved the said scheme of arrangement, under which Modaraba Ali-Mali shall issue at par and allot two certificates of Modaraba Ali-Mali against every 91 certificates of Modaraba Al-Tijarah.
