International judicial moot success pledged

The representatives of the apex bar associations of the country have pledged to and assured the Chief Justice of Pakistan of their full co-operation to make the International Judicial Conference successful and fruitful.
A four-day International Judicial Conference would be held here from August 11 to 14, in connection with the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Supreme Court.
Talking to PPI, President Supreme Court Bar Association, Justice Malik Muhammad Qayyum (r) said the Supreme Court bar would fully participate in the moot.
He said intellectual deliberations in the conference would convey a positive message reflective of a civilised nation and a successful state of Pakistan to the international community.
He said the conference would enhance the prestige of the country and the credibility of its institutions, particularly the judiciary among the international community.
