The construction work on Lahore Expo Centre would be completed till February 2007 so that the exhibition 'Expo 2007' could be held at this newly constructed centre. Punjab Minister for Industries, Commerce and Investment, Muhammad Ajmal Cheema stated this while talking to a delegation of industrialists who met him here on Tuesday.
The Expo Centre was being built at Johar Town on an area of 400 kanal. The construction of exhibition halls would be completed soon for which necessary funds have already been released. He said that four exhibition halls would have an area of 6000 square meters each, while warehouses and conference rooms were also being built.
