The Lahore High Court (LHC) has directed DPO Sargodha to get recovered two children from the illegal custody of one Muhammad Ansar and produced them before the court. The court passed these directions in a petition filed by Shamim Akhtar, mother of both the children who approached the court for their recovery.
The petitioner contended that she was married with Ansar but he dragged her out of his house and also snatched her children. The respondent police officials refused to extend any help to her. She therefore prayed to the court to direct the respondent to get recovered the children. The court after hearing the petitioner's counsel at length, directed the DPO to get recovered both the children and produced them before the court.
