The Lahore High Court (LHC) has imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 to a petitioner Ghulam Shahbir for filing a fake petition before the court. According to the details, the petitioner had approached the court for the recovery of his relatives from the illegal custody of Chaudhry Ghazanfar.
The court got recovered the alleged detainees but they submitted before the court that they were not in the illegal custody of respondent. The court, taking serious notice of filing of fake petition imposed a fined of Rs 5000 to the petitioner.
