Another 50 patients of gastro-enteritis were admitted in Nishtar Hospital, Children complex and other Government hospitals on Saturday, while Wazir Ahmed's wife and her minor son died in village- 9 kassi, a suburb of Multan and at least eight persons have so far been died in three days.
District Health Officer Multan, Imtiaz Elahi Paracha said that a temporary camp was established in village-6-Turpai (Makdoom Rashid) and 691 people were vaccinated and 20 persons were treated and a boy, Shahbaz was removed to Children Hospital Multan in view of his serious condition.
He said that total 71 patients were taken to hospitals, of them 50 were admitted. It may be recalled six persons have died on Thursday.
