Fresh bearish assault moved the entire-ready board in downward direction at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in index. ISE Ten index showed a decrease of 29.52 points, as the index moved from 2,791.16 to 2,761.64 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 185,800 shares as compared to previous volume of 143500 shares. Total 112 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (78) closed in negative territory, 33 landed in plus column, whereas one company remained pegged to its overnight levels.
The volume of PTCL was 88,500 shares as compared to previous turnover of 50,500 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 57,600 shares as compared to previous turnover of 16,100 shares. The volume of Pakistan Petroleum was 16,500 shares.
