Indus flowing normal

Sindh Irrigation and Power Department on Saturday said that the pressure on Left Bank Outfall Drain (LBOD) system was again increasing due to rain. The River Indus was flowing normal at Kotri, Guddu and Sukkur barrages. The bund situation on the both sides of the river was reported safe and intact, the department said.
According to the department the River Indus discharge upstream at Guddu Barrage was 177,828 cusecs, at Sukkur Barrage 136,036 cusecs and at Kotri Barrage 158,458 cusecs while downstream discharge was 153,480, 104,366 and 158,458 cusecs, respectively.
