Moong and masoor prices went up on the grain market on Saturday as buying increased to Iftar items requirements, dealers said. On the cereals side, Moong Punjab was higher by Rs 250 to Rs 3125.
Masoor Austia followed suit and gained Rs 200 to Rs 3300 and Masoor dal Canada prices shot up as inferior type gained Rs 500 to Rs 3700 and best type rose by Rs 400 to Rs 3800, dealers said. Guwar gained Rs 25 to Rs 1625-1825 for all stations. Other commodities did not move any side, they said.
