Five persons, including three members of a family were killed in various road accidents here on Tuesday. First accident took place near Chak 363JB on Gojra-Pansara Road, where a speedy and uncontrolled pick-up collided with a motorcycle FSK-7367 here on Tuesday noon.
Resultantly, Maqbool Ahmad of Chak 7JB Sargodha Road, his wife Samera Bibi and her daughter Samia (3) died on the spot. According to a police report, Maqbool Ahmad had purchased new motorcycle and was going to meet her sister along with his wife and daughter. In another accident, an old man, travelling in Chiltan Express, fell down and died near Chak No 89RB. A cyclist, Ashraf, was crushed to death by a speedy wagon on Sheikhupura Road.
