Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Wednesday discussed with Speaker National Assembly, Chaudhry Amir Hussain the legislative agenda for the forthcoming session of the National Assembly in a meeting here at the PM's House.
The Prime Minister said that as part of its broad based constitutional reforms agenda, the government was continuously working towards updating the existing laws and introducing new legislation to keep up with the changing requirements and ensuring quick and speedy justice to people. The Speaker also apprised the PM of various steps being taken to make the committees system more effective.
