City District Nazim, Rana Zahid Tauseef has asked the Solid Waste Management district officer to improve the city's cleanliness and sanitary conditions within 15 days.
Presiding over a meeting here on Monday to review the Solid Waste Management position in Faisalabad, he said that he was interested in results only and wanted to see Faisalabad a litter-free city.

He asked the officers to issue work order for all works where the tenders process had been completed. He directed the officials to carry out a joint survey of road from Railway Station to Babar Cinema inter-section and forward proposals for regulating the traffic flow by removing retardant so that this road could be used as an alternate route for reducing the traffic load on the Circular road.
