Like other commodities, packed milk has registered increase during the last two months in the Federal capital. According to a survey, the price of milk packed in one-litre packets has increased two to three rupees during the months of October and November.
Earlier, one-litre milk pack was sold at Rs 30, but now it is being sold at Rs 38. The price of the one-litre and one and half litre milk pack according to new price list is Rs 38 and Rs 55. While carton of one-litre and one and a half litre milk pack was being sold at Rs 407 that is now being sold at Rs 419 and Rs 430 respectively. The price of milk pack is likely to increase in the days to come.
