The termination of 10 officers from Pak-American Fertilisers Factory, Daud Khel, has created unrest among employees of the factory. After the privatisation of the factory, factory employees have been given golden handshake and the new administration of the factory after assumed charge has fired 10 officers of the factory.
Those who have been sacked including General Manager Ishaq Khan, Deputy General Manager Anwar Siddiqui, Store Manager Aurangzeb, Technical Manager Inam, Safety Manger Masood Alam, Labour Officer Kareem Nawaz, Accountant Rehmat Ali, Civil Engineer Nadeem and Abdul Ghaffar. After the termination of employees, other employees of the factory are concerned about their jobs.
