Gen Bajwa vows to protect Army repute after Dawn Leaks queries
RAWALPINDI: Officers of Pakistan Army complained to Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa over the statement of Law Minister of Punjab, Rana Sanaullah and questioned him about the Dawn Leaks on Thursday.
Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that the army chief visited Central Command Headquarters in Kharian and reviewed the final session of an archery competition in Jhelum.
Reportedly, officials there questioned the military chief over progress in the probe of Dawn Leaks and complained that the provincial law minister had held the performance of military courts unsatisfactory.
General Bajwa addressed the queries in detail and assured the concerned officers that reputation and stature of Pakistan Army would never be allowed to be harmed. --INP
