The provincial minister for Zakat and Usher, Mian Khadim Hussain Wattoo has said that keeping in view the industrial and commercial needs of Punjab province, it is need of the hour to extend the network of preparing skilled manpower whereas, the Zakat department will not allow poverty to hinder the process of developing skilled manpower.
This was stated by him while talking to a 5-member delegation of Punjab Vocational Training Council (PVTC), here on Friday. The delegation was led by Chief Executive Officer PVTC, Muhammad Saeed Khan while Chief Operating Officer, Sajid Naseer was also present on this occasion. The minister maintained that establishment of institutions like PVTC is utmost necessary for the provision of free technical training to the Mustahkeen.
