Dakota Johnson who has been paired opposite to Jamie Dornan 'yet again' in an upcoming sequel of Fifty Shades of Grey has revealed how she shot for steamy scenes in the movie. Johnson at the film's premiere opened up about the new movie and confessed that she and Dornan adopted a pre-game ritual before shooting.
While the steamy scenes of the first film proved to be a bit awkward for the two stars, Dornan says the intimate moments were a little easier to shoot this time around. The 27-year-old actress, who stars as Anastasia Steele, said she would take a shot of whiskey before the cameras started rolling.
"It never gets [easy], but because weve become so close it was a lot easier to make [the scenes} special," Johnson said. One way the duo made the scenes easier on themselves by instituting a kind of pre-game ritual before getting down on camera. "Shot of whiskey [and] mints," Johnson recalled. "He does pushups and I just lay there and drink whiskey," Entertainment Tonight reported.
Both actors also made it clear that this film would be different from Fifty Shades of Grey. Dornan, who plays the Christian Grey, said his character has evolved a lot. Audiences can expect a new, romantic Christian whos a little more human.
The movie will hit theatres on February 10, 2017.
