Punjab government has made a programme to establish a data bank of the industries in the province, and all information regarding each industry in rural and urban areas will be available therein. This was stated by Punjab Industries Minister Muhammad Ajmal Cheema while addressing a department meeting here on Monday.
On the direction of the Federal government, information about each industry in Punjab was being collected in a scientific manner, he said, and told the Director Industries to contact the concerned chambers of commerce and industries and trade associations to ensure authentic information gathering.
