The government on Tuesday reshuffled a number of federal secretaries including Chief secretaries of Sindh and NWFP. An official notification stated that Ejaz Qureshi presently serving as Chief Secretary NWFP has been posted as Secretary Railways Division.
Shakeel Durrani presently serving as Secretary Railways has been posted as Chief Secretary Sindh. Sahibzada Riaz Noor presently serving as Chairman Pakistan Tobacco Board posted as Chief Secretary NWFP.
Fazlur Rahman presently serving as Chief Secretary Sindh has been posted as Secretary Overseas Pakistanis Division. Arif Mansoor presently serving as Additional Secretary in Finance Division has been posted as Secretary Privatisation Commission, on promotion to BS-22.
Khushnood Akhter Lashari presently serving as Executive Director NAVTEC has been posted as Secretary Information and Broadcasting on promotion to BS-22. Shahid Rafi presently serving as Secretary Information and Broadcasting has been posted as Secretary Tourism Division.
Ghiasuddin presently serving as Managing Director National Book Foundation has been posted as Secretary Youth Affairs, on promotion to BS-22. Malik Muhammad Mushtaq presently serving as Additional Secretary in Finance Division has been posted as Secretary Board of Investment, on promotion to BS-22.
