The Anti Dacoity and Robbery Cell (ADRC) arrested two persons who were involved in supply of stolen/snatched mobile phones to retailers after changing their IMEI numbers. Police has also recovered 20 snatched cell phones from the accused identified as Mohammad Kamran and Mohammad Khalid arrested from Mir Karam Ali Talpur Road, Saddar.
According to details, accused Mohammad Kamran is an expert in changing the IMEI numbers of the snatched mobile phones and later used to supply these phones to the retailers. While accused Mohammad Khalid is said to stock the snatched/stolen phones and dispatched them to Punjab. The accused is also said to be involved in street crimes.
