The Judge of Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench Justice Malik Farukh Mahmood urged the lawyers to play their role for the supremacy of law. Addressing the oath ceremony of Bar Association Liaquat Pur on Saturday he underlined the need for co-operation between Bench and Bar so that speedy justice could be dispensed to the aggrieved people.
He assured the bar association for the posting of more Judges at Liaquatpur to meet the shortage of judges at this station.
Member Punjab Bar Council Mumtaz Mustafa advocate also addressed the ceremony. Earlier, President Bar Association Syed Jamil Anwar Shah presented welcome address.
