PML rejected the strike call of March 26 and termed as undemocratic, non-political and unnecessary and it has warned that the opposition should refrain from achieving its narrow political interests out of a purely constitutional and legal issue and give up its efforts to create rift among national institutions.
This was stated in a resolution passed during a meeting of executive council of Pakistan Muslim League held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi here on Saturday, disclosed a PML's spokesman.
A total three resolutions were passed which were presented by Minister for Defence, Rao Sikander Iqbal and Senior Vice President PML Punjab and Provincial Minister for Agriculture Muhammad Arshad Khan Lodhi.
