Shipping on Germany's Rhine river was stopped for the second time in two weeks on Saturday after an accident in which a man died near the south western city of Mainz, said police.
A 10-metre long yacht sank at about 0630 GMT at Ginsheim-Gustavsburg and a man's body was retrieved, said a spokesman for the water police. Divers were still searching for two other people.
Shipping on the waterway only got back to normal on Monday after it was closed near Cologne for five days after a container spillage on March 25. The most scenic stretch of the Rhine, with hill-top castles and vineyards, runs just north of Mainz.
