The Board of Directors of Pak Suzuki Motor Company Limited (PSMCL) has approved the amalgamation of business and undertaking of the company with Suzuki Motorcycles Pakistan Limited (SMPL) effective from January 1, 2007, subject to approval of the shareholders of both companies and the Sindh High Court.
