Motorola has announced the opening of CaRing Pakistan Customer Care Centres in major cities of the country to provide warranty and after-sales service to Motorola GSM Handsets and accessories.
CaRing Pakistan is starting its operations nation-wide in collaboration with Ring Pakistan and Motorola.
The services offered by CaRing Mobile Customer Care Centres include implementation and administration of operating procedures that will provide Motorola customers with second to none warranty and after-sales services throughout the country up to international standards.
The specialised centres with state-of-the-art infrastructure and equipment have been especially designed and established in Pakistan to serve the Motorola customers.
CaRing Service Centres have been established at Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Peshawar, including Faisalabad and Multan, which are soon to be added, for Motorola Customer Services and warranty claims.
An expanded network of collection points with many dealers covering most of Pakistan has also been established. Mobilink Service Centres all over Pakistan will also work as CaRing Collection Points with dedicated counters service.-PR
