Federal Minister for Law, Wasi Zafar had to undergo angioplasty at a private hospital here on Saturday. According to details, Wasi Zafar who was already facing heart problem felt pain in his chest this afternoon.
He was immediately shifted to a local hospital where doctors after conducting preliminary investigations performed his angiography. When the doctors identified that one of his arteries is blocked, they immediately performed his angioplasty and placed a stent. Leading heart specialist, Professor Dr Mubasher performed his angioplasty.
After the angioplasty, Law Minister has been shifted in a private room of the hospital. The doctors told this scribe that angioplasty has been successfully performed. They stated that Wasi Zafar is out of danger.
