Equities witnessed broad-based recovery under the lead of hot favourite at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bulls dominated the proceedings amid increase in index. The ISE-10 Index was plus by 18.00 points as it moved from 2,705.19 to 2,723.19 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 7,011,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 5,642,600 shares. Total 136 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (80) closed in positive territory, 54 landed in minus column, whereas two companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.
The turnover of Lucky Cement was 1,108,300 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,105,600 shares. The volume of Bank of Punjab was 1,107,400 shares as compared to previous turnover of 759,600 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 833,600 shares as compared to previous turnover of 746,400 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 833,600 shares.
