Bulls dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed healthy signs amid increase in index. The ISE-10 Index showed an increase of 1.31 points as the index moved from 2,701.54 to 2,702.85 points. The overall turnover stood at 4,006,400 shares as compared to previous volume of 3,754,700 shares.
Total 138 companies were quoted on the ready-board. Majority of stocks (83) closed in positive territory, 51 landed in negative zone, whereas four companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.
The volume of DG Khan Cement was 1,513,000 shares. The turnover of Lucky Cement was 836,000 shares as compared to previous volume of 324,700 shares. The turnover of Bank of Punjab was 666,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 871,500 shares.
