ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan has said that the government has decided to introduce online application system for Pakistani Visas to foreigners.

Addressing a news conference here on Tuesday, he said NADRA has been directed to establish a centralized Date Bank of foreigners under the Ministry of Interior for this purpose.

He said now any foreigner would not be allowed to enter Pakistan without valid documents and security clearance. The Interior Minister said the blasphemous contents on social media will be stopped with an iron hand.

He said government of Pakistan wrote letters to Arab League, OIC and other concerned organizations to raise voice against such acts and to adopt a joint strategy to prevent it.

He said Facebook administration has assured Pakistan for provision of needful assistance in this regard and 42 websites have been blocked.
