Four persons have died of suffocation when they climbed down into a deep well for the repair of tubewell in village Sardar Balochan (Chishtian), while two were admitted to hospital in critical condition.
Police said that two mechanics and their helpers Yousaf Shah, Nazir Shah, Muhammad Usman, Muhammad Yousuf, Muhammad Ajmal, Muhammad Siddique and Muhammad Faryad climbed down into a 35-feet well for the maintenance of a tubewell but poisonous gas fainted them. Four persons Nazir Shah, Muhammad Siddique, Muhammad Faryad and Muhammad Usman died while another two Muhammad Ajmal and Muhammad Usman are in critical condition.
