Mobilink, the country's leading mobile service company with more than 25 million customers and part of the Orascom Telecom Group, on Wednesday announced its new state-of-the-art Customer Care Centre in Gujranwala.
Mobilink Customer Services Vice President Mustafa Paracha, inaugurating the centre, said, "Mobilink aims at taking a further step for its customers' needs by delivering more than what is expected. We feel pride in facilitating the people of Gujranwala who are an integral part of our country and a fast-growing commercial hub." The service centre will serve thousands of customers with offering service, sales, and finance services and for further queries. The centre is designed to cater to the present and future needs of people in and around the city.
The centre extends its services through eight fully functional front-end counters operated by highly qualified and well-trained staff. An integrated queue-management system is installed for smooth functioning of daily chores.
