Chairman, National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), Dr Nasim Ashraf, inaugurated the NCHD Media Resource Centre (MRC). A statement here on Thursday said that NCHD Public Relations/Media Department established the MRC. It will serve as the nerve centre for NCHD visitors, researchers, social scientists and human development related issues.
In this regard, this MRC will provide facilities to journalists, media elites and content developers for acquiring quick and easy access to most accurate and up-to-date information about NCHD and its interventions. MRC is a collection of online, digital media, press releases, photographs of special events, media contacts, fact sheets, newsletters, reports and more presented in text, audio, and video format since from the inception of NCHD.
This MRC is designed to provide instant access to the most exact information released by and about NCHD on the wide range of issues that reflect the positions and diverse expertise of our organisation. Dr Naseem Ashraf at the inauguration admired and congratulated NCHD Public Relations Department.
He said that it was a very professional and excellent presentation of NCHD records. He also highlighted the role of the media in disseminating the message to target audience. Coordination Officer NCHD, Dr Muhammad Ajmal Khan, while speaking on the occasion said that this MRC would prove to be very beneficial for NCHD and Image building.
