PTCL has reduced 0800 service tariff from Rs 1.90 per minute to Rs 1.00 per minute, in order to facilitate and encourage its corporate customers. It may be mentioned here that for ordinary customers, 0800 service is free of charge but those companies extending this service to their customers had to pay Rs 1.90 per minute to PTCL, which now have been reduced to Rs 1.00 per minute.
Now with the reduction of charges, more and more companies are likely to avail this service since the PTCL has brought down tariffs considerably making it possible for even the smaller companies to acquire this service from PTCL and extend it to its customers.
New rates shall be applicable throughout Pakistan for 24 hours, with highly economical activation and security charges. PTCL says it has always strived to bring the best possible services solution to its customers by offering cost-effective and state of the art telecom services.
The company helps its corporate customers to stay in touch with their constituencies and to have a continues feedback from them and provision of toll free service to the corporate customers is one such example, which clearly shows PTCL commitment towards promotion of telecom sector in Pakistan.
