Fresh buying spree in trend-setters moved the entire ready-board in upward direction amid increase in index. ISE-10 Index was plus by 22.78 points as it moved from 2,699.32 to 2,722.10 points. The overall volume amounted to 1,399,400 shares as compared to previous turnover of 19,95,000 shares.
Total 122 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (70) closed in positive territory, 51 closed in positive column, whereas one company remain pegged to its overnight level. The volume of Bank Al-Falah was 426,100 shares. The turnover of Lucky Cement was 2,97,400 shares. The volume of Arif Habib Securities was 113,800 shares as compared to previous turnover of 184,700 shares.
