Flour prices at Utility Stores increase

The flour price at Utility Stores has been increased up to Rs 275 per 20 kg bag from the earlier price of Rs 26, It was reliably learnt on Friday. It is pertinent to be mentioned here that flourmills recently have increased prices of 20Kg bag to Rs 281 per bag while the retail price was Rs 290 per bag.
The flourmills have increased the prices on the pretext of rising prices of wheat in the market. They are presently getting wheat at the rate of Rs 510-515 per mund and consequently the flour price has taken a high shoot, apprised the market sources.
