Batsman Mohammad Yousaf, the world record holder of scoring highest number of runs in a calendar year, is performing "chilla" (meditation) these days in Dir, a far flung area in the North West Frontier Province (NWFP) in a bid to fulfil his religious obligation, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Dr Nasim Ashraf announced.
In his speech at a function, organised by Mobilink to launch the PCB's nationwide "Hunt Future Cricket Heroes" here in a hotel on Friday, Dr Ashraf said he was searching for Muhammad Yousaf to convince him to sign a contract with the PCB and annul his agreement with the Indian Cricket League.
Yousaf, who was excelled from Pakistan's cricket squad for Twent/20 World cup, had signed a contract with the ICL with Abdul Razzaq, Inzimam-ul-Haq and Imran Farhat.
